We loved the complimentary breakfast and the evening drinks and snacks. The beds were very comfortable.
The hotel was clean and in a convenient location. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is great. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff (especially at the Front Desk) were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to please.
The "Park at your own risk" sign" -- especially in the back area, where we could only find parking, is not very comforting.
The rooms are extremely clean, the staff (Front Desk, cooks, and housekeeping) was very good at what each of them do,and the full breakfasts in the morning are really crowd-pleasers.

Excellent free buffet breakfast; nice pool and hot tub.
Location was a little off the path for what we were doing.
Rooms were very clean,
most of the staff was very helpful.
The open bar for happy hour was great. My daughter loved the pool area.

Something I really like about ES is the breakfast in the morning. I don't have to go find a restaurant.
How crowded it is for the morning breakfast and the long wait.
The service was very good at this hotel. The room was up to date (only a few minor things needed to be taken care of torn carpet). Excellent service for breakfast and happy hour. Overall very good. I would definitely stay there again. ...read more

The hotel is beautiful. This hotel is well maintained and care for. The rooms were large.
This is an excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Staff is very helpful. This hotel is in an ideal location for visiting zoo and malls.
